I have reviewed the recent publication by Mike Saile, Esq, and feel a few comments are warranted.   First, I am rather surprised that someone has not authored something this useful in the past.  Although I do not do much in the way of automobile accidents, I am aware of the pitfalls in dealing with insurance companies.  These can sometimes be quit costly, which is why I refer cases to Mr. Saile.  So I can speak from some experience about Mr. Sailes' ability in this particular area of law.   Over the years, I have sent scores personal injury cases to Mike, and have never had a client complain about the service received.  He is honest and hardworking, and as one can see from his book, quit knowledgeable.   In the years I have been referring cases to Mike I have received many thanks from well treated  clients.

This is the comprehensive guide of victim’s rights and what a victim should do if involved in, not only a car accident, but also any personal injury claim.  This book is, by far, a great weapon in fully understanding the personal injury lawsuit process and how to effectively deal with big business insurance companies.  I highly recommend everyone with a driver’s license read this on how to prepare and handle the inevitable complex processes of accidents and its impact on an injured person’s life.  Keep it in your glove box as a reference guide.  This book serves as the champion for the “underdog injured” against “big business insurance”.
